Christine Hendrickson
Director of Services
Christine is the founder of Potty Train MN and On Track MN and has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with a wide range of individuals including Autism, Down Syndrome and other special needs.
Christine has extensive knowledge and training in Behavior Analysis she has helped countless families. She believes that collaboration and parent training are key to helping a child succeed. Her passion is to bring high quality intervention to families in the Twin Cities and beyond!

Alexandra McCannel MA, LMFT
Supervising Professional
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Alexandra has worked with children & families for ten years in several child centered organizations in the Twin Cities area. Her experience includes working with children with anxiety, ADHD, autism, developmental delays, attachment, trauma, and families going through divorce or family change. Alexandra received her Masters in Psychotherapy from the Adler Graduate School in 2012 and her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2008. She has since received additional training in CBT, MAP, SCERTS, DIR, and Attachment Theory. She is a systems based therapist who enjoys providing services to parents and siblings in addition to working with children individually.

Haidyn is currently finishing her degree at the University of Minnesota in psychology and health & wellness. Working as a Behavior Technician has been incredibly rewarding for her because each day she gets to see the progress her client’s make. Knowing that she is making a positive impact gives her something to look forward to each day. In her free time she enjoys baking and playing with her dog.

Anika is a senior at St. Thomas completing her bachelors in the field of psychology.
She has always been driven to help people and this career path fits into that goal. She loves being able to see the client’s progress first-hand, and hear about how her work makes a positive impact outside of the clinical setting. Each day she looks forward to getting the chance to make someone smile! In her free time she likes to travel and take pictures. She also enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, friends, and her two cats!

Therapy has always been something that has interested Luke, which is why he is currently pursuing his degree in psychology at St. Thomas. As a Behavior Technician, he loves working with his clients and seeing their progress. He's most proud when a client has been struggling with a goal for some time and then are finally able to understand it and succeed at the task at hand. When Luke is not cheering on his clients or studying you can find him writing and producing music!

Jolene Law MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Jolene has been treating children as a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 6 years.
She has worked in center based ABA programs and outpatient clinics. Currently she works
with students at the elementary level. Jolene is passionate about feeding therapy and specializes in oral motor based feeding therapy and provides her patients the tools to
effectively eat a variety of foods of varying textures and complexities by strengthening

Rheanne (Rae) Lewis-Waudby MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Rae is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 9 years of experience working with individuals of all ages in a variety of settings. Rae is passionate about finding creative ways to work on social skills, articulation, feeding, and language. To full-fill her passion for speech language pathology, Rae started her own practice, Sol Therapy Services. Rae works with clients and staff at On Track MN weekly to provide training and direction on all things speech and feeding related.
