Christine Hendrickson
Director of Services

Christine is the founder and Director of Services at On Track MN. She has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with a wide range of individuals including Autism, Down Syndrome and  other developmental differencesChristine has extensive knowledge and training in Behavior Analysis and has helped countless families. She believes that collaboration and parent training are key to helping a child succeed.  Her passion is to bring high quality intervention to families in the Twin Cities and beyond!

Alexandra McCannel MA, LMFT
Supervising Professional

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Alexandra has worked with children &  families for over ten years in several child centered organizations in the Twin Cities area. Her experience includes working with children with anxiety, ADHD, autism,  developmental delays, attachment, trauma, and families going through divorce or family change. Alexandra received her Masters in Psychotherapy from the Adler Graduate School in 2012 and her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2008. She has since received additional training in CBT, MAP, SCERTS, DIR, and Attachment Theory. She is a systems based therapist who enjoys providing services to parents and siblings in addition to working with children individually.

Lindsay Narayan MA, LMFT, BCBA
Supervising Professional

With over 20 years of experience, Lindsay is both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with children, teens, and adults across a variety of treatment settings, including home, school, clinic, and hospital environments. Lindsay earned her master’s degree from Syracuse University in New York and her bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. She has pursued further training in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychodynamic therapy, suicide prevention, clinical care for first responders, hypnosis and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. In addition to her work with On Track, Lindsay offers consultation and supervision services while managing her private practice, Clear Path Therapy. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fullest potential.

Senior Lead Behavior Technician

Anika graduated from St. Thomas with a BA in psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling & Psychological Services at Saint Mary's University. Anika has always been driven to help people and this career path fits into that goal. She loves being able to see the client’s progress first-hand, and hear about how her work makes a positive impact outside of the clinical setting. Each day she looks forward to getting the chance to make someone smile!  In her free time she enjoys to traveling and taking pictures. She also loves being outdoors, spending time with family, friends, and her two cats!

Team Trainer

Jon graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Currently obtaining his master's degree from the University of Saint Mary’s clinical counseling, Jon enjoys building relationships with his clients and watching them grow through activities catered to their interests. Outside of work, Jon enjoys physical activities such as running, weightlifting, swimming, and hiking, and he has a soft spot for playing video games. When he isn’t studying for school or working, he also enjoys traveling across the country to see some of the friends he’s made along the way.

Ciara
Behavior Technician

Ciara is committed to supporting individuals with ASD and has gained significant experience in this field. She is currently studying Behavior Analysis at Purdue University Global and aims to become a BCaBA to advance her career. Ciara's ultimate objective is to be an advocate for individuals during medical procedures to ensure their medical needs are met. In her leisure time, she enjoys painting, hiking, and spending time with her dog.

Emily
Behavior Technician

From a young age Emily has been passionate about working with children. She has experience caring for children of various ages from new born up to teens. Having experience with the different developmental stages, has allowed her to easy adapt her teaching style to meet the child at their individual level. Emily has also worked with children with special needs and medical challenges, which has deepened her patience and empathy. Emily enjoys working with children because "their curious minds and boundless energy are a constant source of inspiration". Emily takes pride in creating a nurturing and positive environment where the children she works will grow and develop.  When Emily is not working she is caring for her 17 different pets, traveling or enjoying the outdoors.

William
Behavior Technician

William graduated from the University of Minnesota with his BA in philosophy. He has been working with children with ASD for two years in both clinical and educational settings. He loves sharing in the joy as his clients discover new things about the world. Watching youth learn and grow is what has motivated him to pursue a career in psychological services. In his free time he enjoys reading, acrobatics, and pottery.

Michelle McPhillips
Occupational Therapist

Michelle grew up in Nebraska and attended the College of Saint Mary where she obtained her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

After graduation, Michelle moved to Minnesota where she has been working in pediatrics. Michelle incorporates her OT experience with her love for fitness, combining them to help those with neuro diverse needs improve their stability, strength, coordination, endurance, and attention. 

As a consulting OT with On Track MN, Michelle works with each child to assist the team in teaching regulation skills, motor skills, self-care goal and so much more! When Michelle is not at On Track MN, she is seeing clients at her private practice LIVEly and running her Child Therapeutic BootcampsMore than anything, Michelle loves spending her time with her family and sharing her love of the outdoors with her young daughter.

Are YOU looking for a fun and active place to make a difference? On Track MN is always hiring fun, compassionate, energetic, and motivated staff. Currently looking for individuals who have obtained or are enrolled in a bachelors program.  Experience with individuals with autism preferred but not required.  We offer part time or full time positions, perfect for those who are still in school.
